Wendy joined Appletons in January 1998.
She provides a variety of Company Secretarial tasks crucial to the smooth running of the company and to ensure that all statutory requirements are complied with, we fulfil all filing requirements on your behalf so the company records are kept up to date at all times giving you more time to concentrate on the running of your company.
Our Company Secretarial services include the filing of annual returns, allotment of shares, share transfers, appointment and resignations of officers, change in registered office, issuing dividend warrants and board minutes.
Outside the Office: Outside of work Wendy enjoys all aspects of outdoor activities includes going on country rambles with family and friends and is also a member of the St John’s Ambulance for the last 7 years.
